This collaborative effort between the Center for Sustainable Materials Management (CSMM) and Resource Recycling Systems (RRS), offers a thorough look into textile waste flows, infrastructure, and consumer behavior.

The new GreenNY specifications will reflect state-of-the-art certifications and standards for nearly 100 categories of goods and services to ensure that they protect human health and the environment.

This Request for Qualifications is the first phase of the needs assessment and gap analysis process. Initial work will focus on planning the broader project as well as collecting, validating and presenting existing data on the operation of the State’s recycling system.
